Word 2000 for law firms
6 August 2003

Word 2000 for law firms. Rocklin California: Payne Consulting Group Inc (1999)
Authors: Payne, Byers et al
ISBN: 0761518037

This comprehensive guide concentrates on the features which will help the attorney create, edit and share legal documents in Word 2000. It has relevant information about Word 2000 to help you operate effectively and efficiently, as well as explanations of the new features and capabilities of Word 2000. The examples and hands-on exercises are aimed at enabling you to produce quality legal documents as quickly as possible. The book provides clarity for first-time users while at the same time giving enough depth and insight to people who have used Word for years.

If I have one quibble, it is that the chapter on publishing documents to the intranet is scanty and too superficial to be of use to anyone who has no prior knowledge of HTML. It serves rather as a short introduction to the concept of an intranet and the terminology of Web pages.

The reproduction of the Table of Contents below will give readers a useful indication of what is covered in this book.
