Child Law
Ms Sarie Snyman - Commissioner of Child Welfare Pretoria, and Ms Deborah DiSiena a director of Eversheds will be conducting a workshop in George on the Children's Act 38 of 2005 and the Amendment Act 41 of 2007. They will be addressing the major differences between the old and the new one, as well as how to deal with loopholes in the Children's Act.
