The Legal Education and Development (L.E.A.D) programme has been developed by the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA) to assist its members in managing their practices effectively. Practice management training will become mandatory for practitioners wanting to practise for their own accounts for the first time. To this end the certificate will consist of the following modules:
