What is syndication?

23 September 2004

What is "syndication"?
According to The American Heritage Dictionary of the English Language, "syndication" means - "To sell (a comic strip or column, for example) through a syndicate for simultaneous publication in newspapers or periodicals."

Translated into our online environment, syndication means that you can have direct GhostDigest content, in real time, on your own website. We do not sell it to you, it's yours to use, for free.

Why do we do it?
Because we want as many people as possible to have access to our content. Therefore conveyancing firms and other property professionals who would like to have news and commentaries relating to their profession, may put the newsfeed on their websites.

Is it difficult to do?
Technology allows us - and you - to do it effortlessly - all you (or your website technician) need do is to copy the relevant script from our website and paste it into your own website code. As soon as your page "refreshes" (when someone's browser loads it, for example) you will see the latest content from GhostDigest.
