In this way GhostMarketer helps firms develop efficient marketing campaigns and grow their market share.

GhostMarketer brings to South African Conveyancers a service that firms in the USA, the UK and Australia have been using for relationship marketing for some time now: the ability to build lasting relationships by adding value to the services they offer.

GhostMarketer builds relationships. Relationships build better businesses. GhostMarketer betters conveyancers' business - overnight.

Developments Key Benefits

Overview
GhostConvey's handling of Development matters has received an overhaul. The process of opening Sectional Title Registers and Townships and then sharing information to the resulting Bonds and Transfers has been greatly improved.

Quick and easy identification of matters linked to a Development
Development matters can be identified quickly. Linking matters to a Development enables the sharing of data such as property descriptions and parties.

Accurate and timely classification of Bonds
Electronic Bond matters are automatically classified when they are linked to a Development. This enables the automatic sending of bank classifications to the bank.

Sharing of Developer and Scheme information
Developer and scheme information is shared between all modules ensuring efficient data capture.

Intuitive document selection.
The Development module's print menu is dynamic, presenting all the potentially required documents.

Accurate workflow and reporting
This is achieved by snoozing matters in batches and setting a desired 'wake up' date. Matters that are snoozing are excluded from the normal diary reminders.

Efficient data capture.
Certain tasks such as assigning a reduction in fees per Development have been included to ensure 'one time' capture of information. Batch capturing of section and portion details makes dealing with multiple properties quick and easy.

Efficient navigation
Various tasks now include filtering on matters linked to Development schemes enabling a well organized view and resourceful use of the user interface.

Wider-ranging solution
In addition to the opening of Sectional Title Registers, the opening of Townships over conventional property is now possible, as well as the ability to produce Certificates of Consolidated Title.

POEM FOR ATTORNEY GIRLS
Last night as I lay sleeping
I died or so it seemed.
Then I went to heaven,
But only in my dream.

Up there St Peter met me
Standing at the pearly gates.
He said "I must check your record,
Please stand here and wait."
He turned and said
"Your record is covered with terrible flaws,
on earth I see you rallied for every losing cause.

I see you drank alcohol and smoked and partied too.
Fact is, you've done everything a good person should never do.
We can't have people like you up here,
You're life was full of sin"
Then he read the last of my record,
Took my hand and said "Come in"

He led me up to the big boss and said
"Take her in and treat her well.
She used to work at attorneys,
She's done her time in hell"
