Cape Registrar's Notice 1/2011

Registrar's Notice 1/2011 sets out the procedure for the issuing of Regulation 68(1) and 68(8) Act 47/1937 certified copies, which procedure is contained in Registrar's Notice 2/2009, while Annexure "A" to Registrar's Circular 2/2011 clarifies aspects of RC 2/2011.
